Age-old techniques passed down generation to generation make Native Trails‘ copper sinks and tubs the ideal luxury product. Founder and CEO of Native Trails, Naomi Neilson Howard, uses recycled copper in each of her copper items in hopes of mixing contemporary design with sustainable business practices.
It was hard to pick just a few of our favorite Native Trails products.

Copper sinks are both beautiful and full of character. Copper will not show fingerprints , but does require to be wiped down after each use to keep that beautiful copper look. For basic cleaning simply use a mild soap and warm water with a soft cloth. Harsh abrasives or copper cleaners should never be used on copper sink products, as they may affect the finish. To help maintain the beauty of the copper, for extra protection, a product such as Flitz Faucet and Fixture Wax may be applied.
Copper is a living finish, this is where the “character” of the copper comes in. Natural, antique and tempered coppered finishes will naturally continue to patina over time, meaning they will become richer and darker in color. Copper sinks are typically not sealed, they will react to their environment as they develop character. Be careful of acidic items such as, lemons, ketchup, or red wine. If any of these items sit on the copper finish for an extended period of time, the finish may be affected. The change of two pieces are never the same. Be sure and wipe down the sink with a soft cloth after each use. And enjoy your copper sink!
